Appellant Eileen M. Harvey requests that this Court reverse the Superior Court’s December 23, 2009 Order, which held that *568Plot No. 515 Sunny Acres, St. Croix, does not qualify for equitable distribution as a marital homestead, as well as the Superior Court’s August 16, 2007 Order denying alimony in gross and September 18, 2007 Order denying reconsideration of the August 16, 2007 Order.
