Certified question from the Court of Civil Appeals . of the- Third District. We copy from the opinion of the majority the following statement:

“This suit was an action for debt brought by W. L. Carwile, as plaintiff, against William Cameron & Company, a corporation, as-defendant. There was a jury trial which resulted in a verdict for the defendant which was rendered October 18, 1905. No judgment ivas entered of record during that term, nor until the September term, 1906. On the 27th day of September, 1906, the defendant filed a motion asking to have a judgment nunc pro tunc entered upon the…
