Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Meyerson, J.), dated August 20,1984, which declared invalid certain designating petitions naming appellant, Antonia Caban, as a candidate for the party position of Female Member of the Democratic State Committee from the 51st Assembly District, Kings County, in the Democratic Party primary election to be held on September 11, 1984.

Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
