MEMORANDUM OPINION

ACKER, District Judge.

Upon defendants’ removal of the above-entitled action, this court, as it has been known to do from time to time under such procedural circumstances, and as it must do when there is any doubt about the existence of subject matter jurisdiction, sua sponte raised the issue of subject matter jurisdiction.
