GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:
In this diversity litigation we are confronted with an alleged breach of contract involving the syndication of a fashion spectacular entitled International Fashion Festival. We have examined the record of this long and protracted trial with the attendant findings and conclusions of a distinguished trial judge. The volumes present a play with numerous actors and many scenes. However, we find it unnecessary to review all of the legal issues raised by this pageant, for we conclude that the trial court should have realized at the end of the prologue that the curtain should…
