Plaintiff-Appellant Sharon Nelson appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee General Electric Company (“GE”) and dismissing her lawsuit in which she alleged failure to promote, race and gender discrimination, and retaliation in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Ohio Rev.Code § 4112 et seq.
