CERCONE, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County on October 19, 1990. We affirm.

Appellant was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance 1 and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. 2 Before trial, appellant filed an omnibus pretrial motion to suppress evidence of crack cocaine found on his person at the time of arrest.
