.BRATTON, Chief Judge.
These four cases — filed in the state court and seasonably removed to the United States court on the ground of diversity of citizenship with the requisite amount in controversy — present for determination questions relating to injunc-tive relief to prevent threatened disconnecting of certain deep water wells used for the irrigation of farm lands in Oklahoma from gas lines of a major producing oil and gas company.
