Respondent Attorney General filed an action for enforcement of Government Code sections 12585 and 12586, subdivision (a) against the Wisdom Society and Leon Gutterman, (president and editor-in-chief), and Betty Jane Lang, (vice president and editorial and research director), to require the Wisdom Society and its trustees to file with the Attorney General certain documents, including annual financial reports.
