WiHiam B. Anderson; plaintiff’s husband, died as the1 result of an accident sustained while he was repairing the rudder of a steamship on the dry-dock of defendant floating in the Mississippi river. It is thus evident that he was, at the time of the accident, engaged in a maritime occupation. Gray vs. N. o. Drydock & Shipbuilding Co., 146 La. 826, 84 So. 109.
