Complainant in its bill of complaint prays the court to enjoin the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey and P.T. Cox Contracting Company, Incorporated, from performing any work which will disturb the surface of Elizabeth avenue in the city of Elizabeth, as said avenue now exists between Third and Fourth streets, and from in any manner preventing and interfering with complainant's business and the use of complainant's property.

The matter is before me on motion for a preliminary injunction.
