The complainants, a band of charitable young women styling themselves “The Ever Ready Circle of King’s Daughters,” began in the year 1892 to assist Mrs. Minna Stager, an old German woman living in apparent destitution, and continued doing so until her death in January, 1900. In the year 1897, something ' (it does not appear what) led them to suspect that perhaps she was not really destitute, and they asked her to make a will in their favor. She having consented, the husband of one of them, a lawyer, prepared a will bequeathing all her property…
