A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, pursuant to her pleas, of conspiracy to wrongfully distribute marijuana (Charge I and its specification) and wrongfully introducing marijuana onto a military installation with intent to distribute (specification 8 of Charge II), in violation of Articles 81 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881 and 912a, respectively.
