STRUTZ, Judge.

This is an action brought by six plaintiffs, who are former employees of the defendant company, for damages for their alleged unlawful discharge from defendant’s employment, which discharge, they claim, was because of their activity in voting to designate the Teamsters Union as the bargaining agent for the employees of the defendant packing company. The evidence discloses that the six original plaintiffs had been employed by the defendant company for various periods of time, ranging from approximately two weeks for the plaintiff Steckler to a little more than sixteen months for…
