This is an admiralty action by a carrier to recover discharge port demurrage from a shipper and the shipper’s guarantor. Defendant-appellant Chemtex Fibers, Inc. (“Chemtex”) appeals from the February 17, 1984, judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of New York (Charles L. Brieant, Jr., Judge), after a bench trial, awarding plaintiff-appellee-cross-appellant Ocean Transport Line, Inc. (“OTL”) $475,-224.91.
