This action stems from an insurance coverage dispute between plaintiffs Hold Brothers, Inc., Cross River Management Corporation, Holdsoftware.com, and Hold Brothers On-Line Investment Services, Inc. (collectively, “Hold Brothers”), and defendants Hartford Casualty Insurance Company and Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest (collectively, “Hartford”) in the aftermath of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
