Defendant in error sued plaintiffs in error Hoffman and Page for $1860.21, representing a balance due for pipe sold by defendant in error to Western Brokerage & Supply Company, a partnership composed of plaintiffs in error and one Simmons, prior to the time when plaintiffs in error withdrew from the company.
