— This was an application for the location <of a highway. The appellees were the petitioners. The county board found and entered of record that twelve freeholders of the county had signed the petition, and that six of them were residents in the immediate neighborhood of the proposed road, and that due notice of the application had been given by posting notices in three of the most public places in the immediate neighborhood of the proposed road; this was at the June term, 1881, of the commissioners’ court; at that term there was no appearance against the petition, so that the…
