I. INTRODUCTION

Michigan attorney Darryl Chimko (“Chimko”) appeals from an order (the “Order”) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (the “Bankruptcy Court”) imposing sanctions for his misleading communications and unauthorized practice of law in Massachusetts.
