From a judgment in favor of defendants after trial before a jury in an action to recover damages for alleged negligence resulting from an automobile accident, plaintiff appeals.
Facts: * April 8, 1951, at about 8:07 p. m. plaintiff was walking on the south side of Yentura Boulevard approaching the intersection of Berry Drive and said boulevard. At the intersection where there were painted crosswalks, plaintiff stopped and started to cross to the north side of Ventura Boulevard within the crosswalk.
