Willhite v. Schurtz

Appellant filed his bill in the circuit court of Fayette county for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate, which- he claims was entered into between himself and appellee. The circuit court, on hearing, dismissed appellant’s bill for want of equity and granted an appeal to this court.
