This is an appeal prosecuted by the plaintiff corporation, H. M. R., Inc., to review a decree of the circuit court of Cook County dismissing plaintiff’s amended complaint for specific performance of a real-estate contract allegedly entered into with the defendants, John Boeckenhauer and Esther Boeckenhauer.
