MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

RUSHFELT, United States Magistrate Judge.

The court has before it the Motion of Defendant for Additional Protective Order (doc. 179). Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(c) and 60(b), it seeks an order “to provide that the information produced in the pretrial discovery in this case not be disclosed to anyone outside this litigation unless and until such information is admitted into evidence and becomes part of the Court’s record of this ease.” The requested order would apply to discovery provided both previously and prospectively.
