COLEMAN, Justice.

Defendant appeals from judgment for plaintiff in action for damages arising out of a collision between motor vehicles at a street intersection in Birmingham.

Defendant was driving one vehicle and plaintiff the other. Plaintiff’s wife and' two minor daughters were riding in plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff sued for his own personal injury, damage to his vehicle, and loss of services and medical expenses fot treatment of injuries to his wife and daughters. 5
