The allegations in these consolidated cases trace back to the stock market decline that welcomed the new millenium. As alleged in the Complaint in Civil Action 01-2815, in 1999, Edward Marram was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Geo-Centers, Inc., and also served as the Trustee of the Geo-Centers, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan & Trust (“the Plan”), which was a profit sharing plan for Geo-Centers’ employees.
