Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment for defendant Paulson Investment Company, Inc. (Paulson), notwithstanding the verdict in their favor on their claims for the sale of unregistered securities, ORS 59.115(l)(a), securities fraud, ORS 59.115(1)(b), and common law fraud. They also appeal from a separate judgment against defendant Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland (Fidelity), assigning error to the court’s failure to award them costs, disbursements and attorney fees.
