THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Propak Logistics, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Issue of Laches [Doc. 27].

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) initiated this action in August 2009 against the Defendant Propak Logistics, Inc.
