Affirming.

Carl C. Robbins, on and prior to May 10, 1929, owned and operated a printing establishment in Winchester, Ky., from which he, as editor and publisher, issued a newspaper known as the Winchester Sun. He had so conducted it that he had established not only a profitable paper, but also a valuable good will.
