BEA ANN SMITH, Justice.
A jury convicted Preciliano Carmona of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a ten-year-old girl. The jury assessed concurrent prison terms of sixty years for the three aggravated sexual assault counts and twenty years for the indecency count. The jury also assessed fines of $7,000 and $3,000 for'the respective convictions. This Court affirmed the judgment. Carmona v. State, 880 S.W.2d 227 (Tex.App. — Austin 1994).
