J. F. Bradley and Mattie Bradley, as plaintiffs, obtained a judgment in the district court of Garvin county against the International Life Insurance Company of St. Louis, Mo. From this judgment, the losing defendant appeals. The parties are referred to as they appeared in the trial court. The prayer of plaintiffs’ petition was that a certain mortgage on real estate owned by the plaintiffs he adjudged and decreed satisfied, to the extent of $2,000, and the lien of said mortgage to that extent released, adjudging and decreeing that there remain an amount due of $1,500 and…
