Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (Aison, J.), rendered January 22, 1990, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of conspiracy in the fourth degree, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Defendant’s conviction arose from his involvement in the robbery of a Stewart’s convenience store in Montgomery County.
