Specialist (SPC) Matthew R. Adams Jr. was charged with numerous offenses, including robbery, in violation of Article 122, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 *138U.S.C. § 921 (2006). Consistent with his plea, Adams was acquitted of all charges but was found guilty of larceny, as a lesser included offense of robbery, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 921 (2006).
