ANDERSON, District Judge.

This is an action in four counts all based upon the plaintiff's claim that he was induced to give up a civil service position with the United States Government and take employment with the defendant as a packaging engineer for a salary of $12,000 per year on the defendant’s representation and agreement that the employment in that position would be permanent and continue for the plaintiff’s remaining life.
