ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Omar N. Beyah is an African-American male who was previously employed by the United States General Accounting Office (“GAO” or “the agency”). He claims that his employer discriminated against him on the basis of his race and gender and retaliated against him for opposing that discrimination, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
