This is an appeal from a dismissal by the Vermont Labor Relations Board of a public employee’s grievance that his position was not properly classified.

The grievant is a quality assurance specialist with the Department of Rehabilitation Services. The position is classified as a Pay Scale (P.S.) 14, but he contends that, because of the actual responsibilities and duties of his work, it should be reclassified to a P.S. 16 or higher.
