Before the Court is Defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment [17]. After reviewing the motion, responses, rules, and authorities, the Court finds as follows:

On January 14, 1997, Aberdeen Auto Sales was incorporated pursuant to the laws of the State of Mississippi. The corporate documents list Tony L. Owens as the president of Aberdeen Auto Sales. Plaintiff Billie Ann Mitchell is identified in the corporate documents as the treasurer and secretary of Aberdeen Auto Sales.…
