This is an action by Ralph Lee Thomas, a minor, by his guardian, against the Oklahoma Aid Association, to recover the sum of $1,000 by reason of a certain benefit certificate held by Norman Thomas,'father of the plaintiff, at the time of his death on theOjffi day of November, 1924.
