Following a three-day trial, the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendant Delaware International Speedway (defendant). We affirm.
This is a slip-and-fall personal injury action. On July 1, 1978, plaintiff Ann Ferguson (plaintiff), and her grandson traveled to defendant’s race track in Delaware, Ontario, to watch her oldest son race. They arrived at approximately 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and followed the flow of traffic to obtain a parking space.
