FLETCHER, Judge:

On February 2, 1982, appellant was found guilty, in accordance with his pleas, of conspiring to damage military property and aggravated arson, in violation of Articles 81 and 126 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881 and 926, respectively. The members of this general court-martial sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 years and total forfeitures.
