In this negligence action, plaintiffs, Larry H. Miller Corporation-Denver (Miller Toyota) and Universal Underwriters Insurance Company, appeal from the trial court judgment dismissing their complaint against defendants, Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and L. Scott Tucker, in his official capacity (collectively the District), for failure to state a claim for relief. We affirm.
