Plaintiffs, Larry H. Miller Corporation-Denver and Universal Underwriters Insurance Company, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their negligence claim against defendant, the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County, Colorado. *872We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
