At the time of his death the testator was sixty-two years of age. He had been employed as a structural steelworker. He was twice married, his first wife having died in 1930, and his second wife on May 3, 1936. He acquired his estate by inheritance from his second wife; she having made an ineffectual disposition of her estate, it came to him under the laws of descent. He and Robert W.
