OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Nicole Gas Production, Ltd. ("Nicole Gas"), Freddie L. Fulson ("Fulson"), Nicole Energy Marketing, Inc. ("Nicole Energy"), and Seaburyson Properties, Ltd. ("Seaburyson"), appeal from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in favor of plaintiffs-appellees, American Contractors Indemnity Company ("ACIC") and Goldleaf Financial, Ltd. ("Goldleaf"), on appellees' claim for breach of an indemnity contract.
