ORDER

DOTY, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Based on a review of the file, record, and proceedings herein, the court grants defendant’s motion in part and denies defendant’s motion in part.

BACKGROUND

Defendant Automatic Systems Co. (“ASC”) is an Iowa corporation which manufactures and sells electronic panels. It employs approximately 30 people, half of whom work in its St. Paul, Minnesota facility and the other half of whom work at its Ames, Iowa location.
