MEMORANDUM

The matters being determined here are cross motions for summary judgment regarding certain transfers to K.A.S. Enterprises, Inc. (“Defendant”) pursuant to wage garnishments against Charles Jackson (“Plaintiff’ or “Debtor”). After the Court granted the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment as to the original Adversary Complaint, the Plaintiff filed a two count Amended Complaint.
