Commonwealth ex rel. Miller v. Maroney

Robert W. Miller, an inmate of the Western State Penitentiary, petitioned the Court of Common Pleas of Venango County for a writ of habeas corpus. The said court entered into a full hearing at which Miller was represented by counsel and testified in person. The testimony was transcribed and the court thereafter filed an opinion and order dismissing the petition. This appeal followed.
