OPINION

ENGEL, District Judge.

This case presents a controversy concerning the constitutionality of certain parietal regulations currently in force at Northern Michigan University.

Plaintiffs instituted this class action as students of Northern Michigan University against the named defendants as members of the Board of Control of that University.
