OPINION

GAWTHROP, District Judge.

On February 22, 1989, I dismissed all of plaintiff’s claims in this employment discrimination suit. Defendants have now filed a Motion for the Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(k), 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Upon the following reasoning, the motion will be granted, and attorneys’ fees and costs will be assessed, but against plaintiff’s attorney, Steven M.
