This appeal seeks to reverse an order of the municipal court entered May 14,1934, denying the motion of Julia Y. O’Donnell to vacate a judgment by confession for $20,497.56, entered March 17, 1933, against her, James Y. Garvin and Margaret C. Garvin.

August 21,1925, the defendants, together with Simon O’Donnell, executed their promissory note for $25,000 payable to their own order five years after date with interest at six per cent per annum, and indorsed and-delivered it to plaintiff.
