SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:
During August 1989, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of committing sodomy with his adolescent stepson, in violation of Article 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 925. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 5 years, forfeiture of $400 pay per month for 60 months, and reduction to Private E-l.
